5 Big Oil companies made nearly $ Trillion over past decade.
They are budgeted to be given $45 Billion in subsidies this year by the house. The move was defeated in the House and Doc Hastings voted to defeat it.

But they don't employ more people today than in 2005 they employed 84 thou people but in 2008 - 80 thou. The profits went up from 36.1 to 45.2. Subsidies to these highly profitable company while cutting salary of teachers is insane.
