There is a third way: To catch evaders. But to do that you have to pass the friends of tax evaders.

$1 saves $10 by catching tax evasion. But Republicans want to cut IRS budget $600 million which will result in $10B, tax evasion. It is similar to not appointing mine inspector in West Virginia resulting in huge accident and death. That is what Republican party wants to do.

Crony capitalism:

1. Bottom 90% average wages have gone up by only $300 from what they made in 1980
2. But top one tenth of 1%'s income has gone up from $1.4 million to $6million

Per David Cay Johnston, Professor of Syracuse University in last 30 years, all the gains have gone to the top one tenth of 1% or 300, 000 people.
